Orleans Restaurant Bar - Buderim

Shown with my family at 5 without reservation, and the kindly let us in, although they were fully booked to sit at a high bay table. We shared a few things, buffalo wings with delicious blue cheese sauce, the short ribs...the for, and the delicious Carpaccio I've ever had with a super cool presentation of smoke under a glass dome. I had a Sazerak (we live in California and we were a couple of times in new Orleans and love it) that was invented there, and it was also Fab. big **** to follow and happy teenagers and happy parents. Super impressed! We laughed that we came all the way to Australia to eat New Orleans food, but someone was clearly there because it was authentic and delicious!

What a fantastic dining experience! Despite my initial concerns about sitting outside on the street, the restaurant had screens and soft lighting that created a cozy atmosphere. Our group of 7 adults decided to try the set menu, which offered a delicious selection of food from the menu. The only downside was when we had to share dessert. We were not provided with serving spoons or side plates, so we had to use our own spoons to eat from one plate. Given the current COVID situation, I think it would be beneficial to provide individuals with their own utensils. On the bright side, the cocktails were fantastic!

The meal was fantastic and the service was great. When my daughter left her wallet behind, the team quickly returned it to us within 10 minutes. We will definitely be returning soon!

The restaurant has a great atmosphere, with excellent food and a nice selection of wine. The staff was very friendly. The only issue we encountered was trying to get a ride back to our hotel after 8:30pm, as Uber drivers were hesitant to go to that area and the taxi company was unresponsive. We ended up walking about 5km in the rain before finally finding a taxi. Be prepared for transportation challenges if dining here late at night.

This restaurant is so yummy. Dined as a group of 4. Had the Beef Cheeks, Seafood Gumbo 2 of us had the Gold Band Snapper. We all loved our meals, so much so that we would all order exactly the same next time. ...there will definitely be a next time. The atmosphere was great too. Enjoyed the laid back music. The temperature inside was comfortable, not too hot or cold just right. The service was friendly. We are 7 nights into a 10 night holiday in Maroochydore have eaten out every night, this is easily the best FOOD restaurant. I don't think the cocktails are as good as Market Bistro. not that they are bad, but if they could improve anything it would be the drinks.
