Bidra med feedbackThe restaurant offers delicious dishes at affordable prices, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The calamari was the best I've ever had, and my wife loved her prawn curry. It's rare to find a BYO option with no corkage fee.

Whilst holidaying at Alexandra Headland, we chose to dine at Leaf Bistro. We were greeted by a very friendly and efficient staff member who offered us some warm olives which were quite delicious.We had phoned earlier so knew that it was BYO which was also a big plus!I had the pork belly which is one of my favourite dishes and could say quite honestly was the best I have ever tasted. Just melted in my mouth. I also had a serving of the sweet potato fries with a tzatziki dipping sauce. My husband had steak which he thoroughly enjoyed.I have a very sweet tooth and could not resist ordering a dessert. I then realized that my eyes were bigger than my tummy and I was not able to eat either my fries or the chocolate brownie which I had ordered. We then asked whether we could take them with us and it was explained that we could take it all with us, except for the home made honeycomb icecream that would melt before we got back to where were staying, but they would give me a larger piece of brownie to make up for it.I was able to eat it the next day and again everything was delicious. The staff member was really friendly and told us that he did front of house, with his cousin the chef and his wife working wherever she was needed. If the food and service keep up to the standard they have already achieved, Leaf Bistro will continue to grow and establish itself as a top restaurant in the area.My husband had the steak which he
My partner and I dined at this restaurant last night. We are locals and since it's a new place, we decided to give it a try. My partner ordered the Pork Belly and it was amazing! The meat was tender and juicy, with the fat melting off and the greens cooked perfectly. I ordered the Spatchcock and it was also fantastic! The seasoning and cooking were spot-on, and the gnocchi was delicious. The menu has a small but excellent selection of dishes, and we saw the Lamb Shank at the next table and it looked amazing. The onion rings were very good, olives were served complimentary, and the drink service was timed well. The staff were polite, knowledgeable, and experienced, and they truly care about the restaurant. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone I know, and we will be returning frequently. I'm excited for the restaurant to become popular, as it definitely deserves it. And the coffee was excellent too!
Have been here for breakfast and dinner and both times had an excellent meal. The breakfast was a generous serving and we struggled to finish it. For dinner the Lamb Shanks were melt-in-the-mouth good and the Crispy Skinned Pork Belly lived up to its name with plenty of crunchy crackling. If you're a chocolate lover the Double Chocolate Brownie with homemade Honeycomb Icecream is a real treat and not overly sweet as you might imagine. Overall a reasonably priced meal for the level of cuisine. The staff are really attentive and being locals we were made to feel at home.
