Cafe 57 - Budapest

I had a delicious breakfast at this restaurant. I ordered the vegetable omelette which was very tasty. The cappuccino and orange juice were also good. The restaurant is spacious with a nice outdoor seating area and the staff is fluent in English.

We visit this restaurant 2-3 times a year as it is conveniently located near our apartment. We have always had a pleasant experience here. The staff is exceptionally friendly and professional, and they are very accommodating towards children - something uncommon in Hungary. While the dishes may not be exceptional, they are good quality and fresh. Overall, if you dine here, you can expect to enjoy good Italian-influenced cuisine.

We had an amazing meal last night! The creme brûlée liver appetizer exceeded our expectations in both size and taste.

Well, last thursday i had a chance to try this restaurant. Usually i don’t do review but this place amazed me. First of all the interior is pretty nice and fancy with a good atmosphere. I would like to say a big thanks to our server Szabolcs who is one of the most professional server whom i ever met (I’m working as a chef for 8years now so i saw some waiter, trust me) He has a good knowledge of wines,very talkative but not intrustive at all. Special thanks for the welcome drink. And last but not least the delicious food with well balanced flavours and beautiful presentation. They took care on every small details as the hot homemade bread. And the portion size is just perfect. A big applause for the kitchen staff. It was even more than a 5* experience. Keep it goin’ guys. We were very happy with all dishes from start to finish, the detail and execution on all courses was amazing! The service was also very attentive! One of my best restaurant experiences in Budapest!
