Arby's - Buda

I found out the other day that sadly this location is no longer an Arby's after making the trek from slaughter in south Austin. Just givin ya a heads up in case you're thinking about coming here to get your Arby's on.

Having traveled the world, I have found that the Arby's Gyro is very authentic. The meat, bread, and cucumber sauce taste just like Italian gyros. It's the most authentic gyro I've had outside of Europe. With that said, the classic roast beef sandwich with cheese is the best.

The stuff here is always wonderful. My order is always correct. I am saddened to learn that today is the last day that this Arby's location will be open. Today is April 29th 2022. My heart breaks because this is one of the last places that I ate with my daddy who passed away in 2014. I don't have very many places that are still open that I have shared meals and memories and laughs with my daddy.

I have always liked Arby’s but I’m not a big fan of eating in the car.I really think Arby’s is going to drive thru only permanently. Remodeled location in South Austin looks like it doesn’t have a dining room.All good things come to an end I guess.

Love me some Arby's from time to time. This location did a great job on the food and the service. I'll go back!
