Burger King - Bucyrus

So far since the opening of the location, I have had no issues with the service there. However, things have definitely changed. Not only am I waiting a ridiculous amount of time to get my order, but when I finally get it, it's not correct. I realize the wait can be due to short staffing issues but the consistent inability to get the orders correct? Come on. The first time, I asked for 2 Chicken wraps with no tomatoes and they left the tomatoes on. The second time I asked for the same request but this time they gave me wraps with absolutely nothing on them just a tiny piece of chicken in a wrap. The third time, I asked for a Royal crispy chicken sandwich (because the wraps were obviously an issue so I thought I'd try a sandwich this time) and they gave me a Big Fish instead. Honestly I have given up hope in this location. SMH

Whoppers and classic chicken yum. Their soda is almost always flat or too carbonated though.

Second time this week with issues already. This time ... Black hair in the crispy wrap, coffee was like water, and missing items as well! Why bother calling when you get your replacement and it's just messed up again!? We definitely will not be back at this location! Nor will we continue to order through work for employees.

It was a nice place. I like that they set up all the crown displays it made it look cool. I like that my food arrived fast. I’m usually not a big fan of Breakfast food but they did a pretty good job.Vegetarian options: They do have some vegan variety.
