Shift Pub - București

I had luck to sit at the most beautiful place on the second floor of the terrace, it was so cozy. The choice of food and drinks is much bigger than I expected, and everything was delicious. Very attentive workers, pleasant atmosphere, the trees and plants are so pretty!

Charming garden space we were all very pleased with our food too. Only downside was that there was a lot of cigarette smoke in the garden.

Lovely interior and very big portions of food, most of them good. The vegetables in my quesadilla weren't even sauteed and my friend's lava cake was very uncooked, but the pasta dishes are good and filling. The staff was not the friendliest but they were respectful, so I'll put in on the account of a very busy night.

One of my favourite places to dine in Bucharest. I love the schnitzel and they also have very good pasta and salads. I really like the fact that the portions are very large so it's hard to leave Shift and still feel hungry. The place is always full so you should make a reservation.

The food is bad, at most acceptable, especially for the price. Waiting time was 1.5 hours. My steak was 90% fat with a thumbsized piece of meat, no seasoning whatsoever, not even salt. Drinks are actually good, but slightly overpriced. The only good part if the staff, everyone was super nice. If the food was at least mediocre, I would've considered giving it another try. It's not worth it, unless you're only going for drinks and a cozy place.
