Cafe' Elite Drive Thru Espresso

I came to pickup a mobile order and the employee was standing at the window a drink in hand before we spoke so I asked if that was the DoorDash and they said they don’t understand so I showed them my phone and they read the customers name out loud and said again I don’t understand… I asked them do you have this doordash order and They said yes it’s in my hand….Like seriously how did this conversation go so wrong! Why did you make this difficult? You clearly understood what I was asking the first 2 times.POOR SERVICE from whoever worked this morning.

Had a angry old girl with a bad attitude working this morning( Saturday,3/2/24) .I won't be back.

Tori Passaglia was extremely rude andunprofessional. Also messed my drink up, the remade one was worse than the first. Then had an attitude about it, blaming her coworkers for not restocking, the uncleanness, and lack of supplies. I do not recommend and will not be back due to Tori.

Had a craving for a Dairy Queen Peanut Butter Oreo cookie Blizzard while on Holiday for my birthday next door at Hotel, I opted for Cafe Elite within walking distance, they aren't DQ, by longshot, but they did a very nice impression that quenched my craving. Thanx ladies ??

Seemed very nice but when I arrived at 8:45 (they close at 9 online) they said they could no longer make me a coffee because they had decided to shut down the machine.In my opinion you should then list your hours as 8:30 or 8:45 online and just close at that time.
