Chipotle Mexican Grill - Buckeye

Took my food home and opened up my bowl and only half of it was there. Who prepared this and thought “Oh yeah this order is definitely complete”? Went back and I was offered for them to fill up the rest of it. Uhmm…what? I had to ask them to make me a new bowl. I was also told from one of the employees that this happens “all of the time” with mobile orders. I’ve had other experiences of inconsistencies with their mobile orders but this takes the cake. I’ve learned that you need go in person to order or double check your bag before leaving.

Good service today 5/6 glad this place is improving a lot

Food was very bland. Ordered online and had put extra for rice, corn, and lettuce and there was not extra. Didn’t get much chicken or carnitas. Not worth the price tbh

As soon as I walk into this place it is like I am greeted with hostility. Please be weary of prejudice vibes here for sure. I would think twice before spending any of your hard earned money here. Thank you.
