Wendy's - Buckeye Lake

Only 1 star bc there was not a lower choice. Rude rude rude! Employees are rude and have no customer service skills. The employees only follow the examples set by the horribly rude management staff. Food is always messed up. Just won't be back. Worst service in the lake area! Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

Approached the dining room...sign on the door said dining room open until 10...when we walked inside we were very rudely informed by all who were working there with their frowns that they only had three people tonight and the dining room is closed. No sign. Just a rude greeting. Off to Burger Kind we went. When are these establishments going to get back to running a business worth a damn the way things were done before Covid?

We stopped at this Wendy's while traveling during the pandemic, so we drove through and then parked in the shade ate in our car. The drive through was quick and efficient on a weekday afternoon. Our order was mostly correct (just missing bacon on one burger, not worth going in and waiting on as we needed to go) and the fries were piping hot. I got my favorites Strawberry Lemonade included (see photo) and everything was good. I'd stop here again.

Really Wendy's! When does a Spicy chicken come with onions? Also if you need lettuce more then your guests don't serve it! Ridiculous!!

Great food but might wanna listen to the costumers. If I ask you for a condiment and I look in that damn bag and ain't not even one in there there's something wrong. And if I get a LARGE fry, how tf you expect someone to use ONE thing of ranch for a LARGE fry.
