Limpach's - Buchegg

We visit this place quite often as it is one of our favorite restaurants nearby. The place offers a very friendly and cozy atmosphere and the foot tastes great! Make sure you have a reservation, especially on weekends, as this place is usually very crowded!

There was a Christmas dinner and it was great. We had the special Christmas menu that was very good. The prices are not cheap, but it was worth it. Very good ambience.

This was my first visit to Limpach's and it was such a nice surprise! The weather was warm, so we sat outside, all tables were decorated and carefully protected with parasols. The food was very good and the portions impressive! The meat was perfectly cooked, the selection of sauces was delicious (loved the homemade smokey ketchup). The desserts were the cherry above: the hazelnut is amazing! Chocolate cake wasn't great, a few people didn't eat it. They were OUTSTANDING! They were incredibly helpful, polite, smiling, funny- just let us feel so welcome!

Three weeks before our visit, we reserved a table and let them know about my lactose intolerance. This evening they were overwhelmed with the request for a lactose-free meal and we had to explain several times. Not even did they have bread without lactose, although they were informed about more than enough long before. In the end, they don't seem to have managed to avoid lactose when I ended up diarrhea. The service was not based on the standards we are used to.

Der garten im Sommer ist herrlich.kiesboden, Platanen undpPergolen für schatten und ein springbrunnen. das ganze mit einer schönen aussicht auf die alpen.auch das innere kann sich sehen lassen: ein renoviertes bauernhaus, alt und neu sind geschmackvoll kombiniert.die Bedienung ist freundlich.das essen ist fein und frisch zubereitet. es gibt immer ein Menu, aber auch a la carte.entspannen und essen = limpachs.wir kommen immer gerne wieder.
