Bidra med feedbackHad a great lunch with 2 colleagues in this beautiful location. The 3 of us ordered paella, which was placed in a huge pan to be divided. We couldn't finish the whole thing, so we were offered the opportunity to pick up. Our waitress... Flori was extremely helpful and quick with every request. Many cool surprises.
We had an excellent dinner seafood soup, salad with caramelized camembert a glass of red wine just delicious! Thanks to our nice waitress Gabi who pampered us! All in all, a great dinner! Thank you.
It's a very good restaurant, a bit hidden in a (mostly) residential area, but worth finding it. A pretty good menu, with options for a large range of prices, and clear to understand (I'm talking about cooking a paella requiring two paying customers, not being...large enough to feed two for the price of one). Small fish Chanquete was the best culinary surprise during my visit to Romania. Great service, large patio, I'd eat here again (a bit of a distance from my home though).
PRO 's: really none !! CON 's: you should avoid it if you do not want to end up in the hospital, I ordered a chorizo and ended up removing, at the last minute, a big metal plate from it. When I told the waiter...about it, all he did was to came up with a raw chorizo and to point me that the metal plate is the way the raw chorizo cames in wrapped from Spain... but belive me that was no chorizo... no bit of spice at all !!! Please take into consideration that there were NO apologies at all as if it was normal for a person to eat a metal plat that comes with the spanish chorizo ...
I rarely write a 1* review, but this restaurant deserves it. I don 't like the fact that there 's one price on the menu and another on the bill. For example, ordering a paella pan means that in fact you ordered 2 portions of paella and...it will cost you double. The fact that it means 24€ (120 lei) for a paella, when in the menu it 's listed as 12€ (60 lei) is not ok. Nobody explains that, it only says in the menu that you have to order for two persons, but it 's not specified that one paella pan means 2 portions. It 's not just me, no one at the table immagined it. We ordered 4 pans and saw 8 on the tab. It was explained by the waitress that 4 pans are 8 paellas. What more can I say...
