Restaurante Cavamar Mediterráneo

We were looking for a good restaurant in the city of bucaramanga for our family weekend. We wanted to try Mediterranean food and as this restaurant publishes it serves this kind of food we went there. The place has no outside seating which I think it 's a down since the weather in bucaramanga allows you to have such places. The menu was good with lots of possible choices but not very mediterrenean. Lots of different choices for seefood. Our dishes were really good. They didn 't have the wine we wanted but gave us a different option... really good by the way. Good service. Good choice... they need a little bit more improvement on the classy side and refurbish the toilets. Then it would be a 5.

I ate jaiba dumplings/rolls in mango ceviche, Squid Salad Orange -Cape gooseberry juice.... My only complaint is with the olives in my salad: they had seeds inside...A bit dangerous! The drink without sugar was rich in vitamin C, the jaiba flesh inside the rolls was not overcooked and mild enough to enjoy! I value quality over quantity
