Who ever was working the window a young woman with glasses slicked back bun and a little on the thicker side shouldn’t be working in customer service let alone the window with how rude she is. I’ll go somewhere else next time

Employees had massive attitude, I think they needed a safe space. Wife's chicken was old tasting, she had to go through four different people just to get a replacement. Food meh ? garbageHere's the kicker$60 food$35 blizzardsAnd still like dealing with a bunch of entitled children:

Worst diary queen a customer fell they all laughed no one ask if she was ok and wen she ask if tjey going do something the worker yelled and said what do u think we doing so I haven't been there told all of my family and everyone e I talked to don't go and I tell them what happen they are not friendly there and it's not to clean for serving food

They really need to train their employees how to properly make a ice cream cone ..Also size i ordered a large cone and it was size of small cone. I will not be going back to this D.Q anytime soon, The DQs in other areas are much better than this one in Barberton.

The service is extremely slow. The workers were friendly. But the food wasn't great. I'm sure its because its a new establishment. It will get better with time.
