Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Bryant

I love tropical smoothies, their smoothies are so good and refreshing.

I was at tropical smoothie today and the food was good and my sunrise too which my young one was enjoying to thanks to Sophie if I recall. Until a somewhat a young black women came through the window and started tell the workers something and they keep saying we don’t have an I’m really sorry and then she came inside with an attitude demanding there name’s and the asked her please just believe we the condiment your asking for and one of the manager asked told her I’m sorry we don’t have and we’re really sorry and told them “well I doesn’t look like y'all are” then she left slamming the door like what’s up with a grown as* adult screaming at 16 for some condiment if your really wants some stop bothering these kids that are doing a wonder full job and go buy some at the local Walmart that’s 3 min away. It just scared my kid please to better.

Always out of fruit. The worker as I was walking in said I wish I could just tell people we are closed and get out! Told her I was there for door dash and she talked over me saying it'll be right out. Then when she decided to see about it, had to ask who I was picking up for since she so rudely talked over me

This will be my last time at this location. I always order on line and then I always use a code from a previous receipt for my survey to get a $1.99 smoothie. Never had a problem with it before but for some reason the manager that was on duty said that I could not use it. The atmosphere was very flat from the time I walked in till I walked out. If you live in the Bryant, AR area I highly suggest not to go here.Being a disabled Veteran I urge anyveterans to avoid this location.
