Firehouse Subs - Bryant

I have become regular because the young lady in the front is so respectful and sweet every time! She greets you with a big smile and has great manners! I am happy to see them every time I visit fireworks!!

I lost my card yesterday and the manager was so rude to find my card. They weren't helpful that she turned around and I can say they talked about me. I love fireworks, but I never come back to this place.

Edited: after 3 days still cant get in touch with store via phone or on here to get this fixed. Food was ready fast but was wrong and no pickles were included after making sure they would be. Hard to tell in picture but I ordered the Steak and Cheese and added mushrooms. No mushrooms. Tried to call and complain but no answer. Cost too much for it to be wrong. Will be a while before I go back.

My wife and I love Firehouse Subs so much we had it on a Monday and then again that Wednesday. The wife always gets her tried and true Hook Ladder, fully involved with NO lettuce. I had the tuna on Monday and the Corned Beef Brisket on Wednesday. I had to pay tribute to my family, you know. They offer a military discount, but it's a little different. It's not money off, but you either get a free upgrade drink size or some cookies or something. Their app is very easy to use and makes picking up better and faster. We can order when leaving work for the day and when I get there, it's ready, save for the freshly made drink. Awesome. Their subs are a TON better than the competition's and their sandwiches start off at 8 instead of a measly 6 . That's a lot gooder!! They add nice touches and that definitely makes the entire experience better overall. Any restaurant experience is partly due to the attitude of the staff. For example, we ordered a diet rootbeer and a Diet Dr. Pepper. As I was asking which one was which...the young lady told me that she had written on the lids the names. That was a nice surprise. The little things is generally what separates competitors. Great food and amazing staff. Do not change anything.

Food was great! Comedian at the table while we were trying to enjoy our meal and very coveted 1:1 time, not so much. Inappropriate.
