Lovely hotel, spacious rooms, well equipped, comfortable bed, sofa, flat screen TV and spacious bathroom with shower. The breakfast does not correspond to 5 stars, although the service is good. The food selection is limited, but there is freshly squeezed orange juice, waffles and pancakes. Hot drinks are delivered by the staff according to the taste of the guest. The fitness room is quite small, with a few machines, mainly for cardiologist exercises; there are towels, water and a small toilet, but it is not particularly suitable for fitness. The most problematic is the reception service, I had a problem during registration, you wait more than 5 minutes for the room to be released. The cleaning of the rooms is excellent and at the level of 5 stars. Rooms: Beautiful, spacious, with views of either the courtyard or Waterloo Boulevard. Food drinks: In terms of breakfast, the choice is not very big, but the place has a wonderful view. There is an option to add champagne to your breakfast, for a fee.

This hotel is in a great location, very close to the Louise metro, making it very convenient for connections from the Eurostar. The room was large and clean with a great range of toiletries and water in the fridge. Breakfast is great and the on-site bar is very nice too. I would stay here again. Excellent address for a weekend in Brussels. Not only is the hotel well located, but the rooms are also perfectly clean and well thought out. 5* hotel that could perfectly be 4*. Located on one of the most exclusive avenues in Brussels and close to the Brussels Palace. They have a bathrobe for the bathroom. The beds leave a lot to be desired for a 5*, they seem old and sink. In our case we had to request the change of the sheets that were stained. Another point that disappointed us was that on New Year's Eve, the bar closed completely at 1 in the morning, only giving you the option of ordering from the menu to your room.

Very good hotel, somewhat expensive in consumption, thanks to the girls Karima and Amandine from the bar-restaurant, very professional and super nice, we will return. Rooms: Very clean and beautiful.
