It goes from discovery to discovery, so yes there is a price to pay for this type of service but it is totally justified. I was just a little annoyed given the standing of the place that the waiter opened the bottle of wine and placed it at the table like that without either serving me or giving me a taste, it was a bit lacking in professionalism.
