Proprios are super friendly and excellent sandwiches. The atmosphere is that of a restaurant in the neighborhood, with guests who enter every few minutes with a smile and who leave even more smiling. Quiet and easy, like a friend's. Excellent little neighbourhood place with the kitchiest decor you can think of (in a nice, homely way). The owners are lovely people and it really feels like you're visiting a good friend. The sandwiches are excellent and smiling customers come in every few minutes, many of them clearly regulars, and with good reason. Would definitely recommend if you'd like a quick **** or a sandwich to go.

A varied, surprising, fresh offer. A different sandwich shop, a smiling welcome. Good choice of sandwiches, salads, soups and coffees. It's my favorite easy lunch in Saint-Gilles.

Great sandwiches. Quality food, good bread (no style precooked baguettes. Possibility to have salads, a daily soup and cookies-style desserts with weight. Nice staff. Top!
