Bidra med feedbackThe Green Kitchen on the Avenue Louise is a wonderful place to eat your lunch. The have every day a different lunch of the day home made in their kitchen. The woman who works there is a very friendly and helpful. She makes delicious food and quiches. The salad bar is great and the lunch place is clean and stylish. The price is amazing, no one can beat that. They also have a huge terrace in the middle of this building, its fantastic. Their products are local and organic. They also have a 70s style lunch room on the Kunstlaan close to the center.
I come here often, usually for take away. It is popular with the lunch crowd both business people and museum visitors. It's one of the only Salad bars in Brussels. Take a bowl (or a takeaway container) and make your salad yourself. Choose the salad base and then choose from about 20 different ingredients including chicken, ham, bacon, salmon, tuna, feta, cheddar, gouda, parmesan, goat's cheese, lentils, carrots, courgettes, radishes, gherkins, sun dried tomatoes, asparagus. Then add any of the 5 toppings. Add the dressing of your choice too. They will weigh your plate and charge you for what you eat. A pretty decent salad will set you back only about 10-12€ so it's a nice, cheap, healthy lunch in a really nice setting. If you don't fancy being the creative chef, you can choose from a few hot dishes, a soup of the day or wraps and premade salads from the counter. They have a really yummy selection of desserts to tempt you to. the quiet shaded garden out the back is a really nice plus.
Great location and healthy food. The terrace is great and their salads are really tasty.
