Bidra med feedbackThe restaurant offered a mix of good shrimp croquettes and bad, overpriced entrecôtes. Our waiter was attentive and friendly, but the manager "Tom" disappointed us with his poor response to our complaints about the steak. The bill for our party of five, including elderly guests, was €241, and Tom's only gesture of goodwill was to offer us tea or coffee, which we did not want. When we suggested he deduct the price of four coffees from the bill as a compromise, he refused. It was a matter of principle for us, so we will not be returning to this restaurant and will not recommend it to our friends.

We were very happy with our year-end dinner (35 people): environment, quality of the meal and service. a recommend!
Eating was a mix of good (croquettes de crevette) and bad (a few expensive, but gristly entrectes). our waiter was attentive and friendly. the manager tom left the place down. the shaky people, including the legal elders, were euro and his answer to the complaining about the steak was to offer us tees or coffee. we didn't want any teas or coffee. I suggested when he realized that instead he could take the equivalent of the price of the coffee from the bill (about the bill), but the answer was negatiw. for us it was the principle of cache and not the cost. So, in principle, we will not be back and advise our friends not to go.
I have already had some services with some mistakes that are all made acceptable and that are not even disturbing, but I did not know that it was possible to miss a service at this stage. it turns out that the servers don't care, the bartender doesn't know what he does, the manager still doesn't understand what we want after explaining it three times in a row, and he's still wrong. Installed in a few minutes, it took three servers to ask the question if we had already ordered to finally have the cards. We only think there is no communication between the staff. exit the excuse that the server is tired, at this level of incompetence, no longer excuses the fact that each coming and every order ends with an error. I point out that at that time, there was to be a blanket in the entire restaurant for the waiters in the room. the glasses stay at tables, the blankets are not removed, unless the bad. I'm ashamed to pay. The funniest was at the time of the digestives, but I stopped there before I continued my massacre. I hope you'll eat there just to understand what it is, a real bad service. Fortunately, the kitchen remains of quality and the place is very beautiful.
