Bidra med feedbackCookie designers have been doing an amazing job! Always have a good variety to choose from, cookies are obviously fresh, they’re soft and delicious. Great customer service!
So glad that Melissa Lafritz is back in the Bluefield location!! I was a frequent buyer of the cookie cake for my office staff. So disappointed in the decorations when she left—so much so that we started getting ice cream cakes instead. When hearing that Melissa was back, I have become the frequent customer once again. She always goes above and beyond in decorating my cookie cakes!
Nick the manager was fantastic! They had great service and did an awesome job on the cookie cake.
Why even have pretzels on the menu if you never have them? Have stopped by 3 or 4 separate times and every time was told they don’t have pretzels made and it would be a 15 minute wait. I could understand if the mall was a super happening place but when your employees are just standing around talking, you’d think you’d at least have everything ready in the event there was a customer.
Awful customer service. I stopped here with my baby to get a quick snack. I ordered a pretzel and a drink, (which I was overcharged for according to the price on the menu board) and after I ordered the employee informed me that it would be an eight minute wait. Eight minutes is a long time with a fussy baby and if I’d known that before I paid, I would not have paid. But…. I waited anyhow because I had already gotten my lemonade (which also tasted weird) and I wasn’t going to ask for a refund. My pretzel came out undercooked and raw in the middle. I asked their employee if I could get a refill since I had to wait and she just says, there’s a refill charge but you can ask the manager. Ummmm, no. She could have asked for me since the manager was standing right there. Just all around terrible experience, will never go back. I will say, I did chat with the manager while we were waiting and she seemed nice enough but the other employees were pretty insensitive and didn’t even notice customers were standing there.
