Very nice place with servers listening. The dish is a Flemish carbonade, a typical Belgian food, delicious and to be enjoyed.
This restaurant in Brugge is an excellent place for dinner. The server, Jeffrey, was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and clearly passionate about their work. We didn't even need to look at the menu because Jeffrey provided us with all the information we needed for a perfect meal. The food was served quickly and was absolutely delicious. This is the best restaurant I've been to in a while and we will definitely be returning when in Brugge.
Situated in the Grot Markt square, this delightful restaurant perfectly complements the medieval charm of Bruges. It is a fantastic spot to sample delicious Belgian beers and savor dishes like rabbit in sauce and toast with salmon flakes. The outdoor seating area offers a pleasant atmosphere with stunning views of the square, including the impressive Belfort Van Brugge tower and other medieval buildings.
Although pricey, the restaurant is excellent overall. The croquettes are a must-try, the best I've ever had. The waiter was amusing and exceptionally friendly, and was able to provide bilingual service in Dutch and English with ease. The service was quick on weekdays, but I wasn't a fan of the main dish as it was too intense in flavor for my liking. The restaurant also offers a great view and a comfortable outdoor area that is shielded from the cold weather.
