Bistro Zwart Huis - Brugge

The restaurant is very beautiful and full of history. Excellent kitchen. Nice service, nice place. The only small flat without gravity... The room is so big that not simple to heat (it was cold that day.

Very nice discovery, a charming and original setting under a jazz background. The staff is smiling (small acceuil and service in French) On the kitchen side, we enjoyed the cooking of the fries that was extra-cooked for the occasion... Value for money is correct for the city and the proximity of the centre of Brugge.

We had booked a few days in advance for about 20 people at a late hour (22h). The night before, we had specified the dish of each one by following the advice of the house for an efficient service (max 5 different dishes). The service was very fast and very pleasant. Everyone enjoyed the chosen dish. Beef tartar was particularly good. Very typical place of Bruges Thanks!

The sumptuous setting a little hidden from the street, musical instruments and photos of musicians on the walls give the room a very pleasant jazz and cozy atmosphere. And the dishes are really delicious. Carbonade is creamy and scented. There's a wide choice of beer. The service is very friendly.

Exceptional! We have eaten like kings. It was just excellent. Service, staff, meals,... We didn't have the courage to eat dessert after our dish. Bravo! We will return to our next passages in Bruges.
