Bidra med feedbackI ordered from this restaurant twice in the past week, once with my friends. Unfortunately, both times the food never arrived. The delivery driver claimed to have the order, but it never showed up. Despite giving them another chance and ordering from my own address, the same thing happened again. The restaurant made excuses and told repeated lies about the whereabouts of the delivery driver and my order. It was clear from reading reviews that this is a common issue with this restaurant, with many customers experiencing the same lack of delivery. Their dishonesty and poor customer service make it clear that this restaurant cannot be trusted.
I ordered two consecutive days. 1st day waffles and smoothies (banana and mango) and chips waffles very dry. Smoothies it tasted like drinking crushed ice. No flavour of banana and mango.Chips not delivered but driver charged for the whole thing. Didnt even tell me that chips werent there. I called the shop and they were adamant that they called my phone to let me know but there was no voicemail left For food delivery it took 1hr and 15mins when the restaurant is 10mins away from my place. 2nd day i placed an order for burger meal and drink. I waited for an hr to get food but never received. Upon speaking to them, they cancelled my order without notifying me. Service is atrocious and i recommend to avoid this place.
Most brilliant crepes i have ever tried, even compared with France... i mean the texture of the crepe is mind blowing. if you know crepes... could improve on packaging as its a bit of a downer when such nice food in bad packaging
Ordered here a couple of times a while ago and was impressed. The last four times or so however we have attempted to get food here, it either didn't arrive or they were missing one of the ingredients to make the crepes we ordered. The most recent attempt (today) seemed to go okay, until I never received an email confirming my order despite payment being apparently taken. Rang the number given in an email with no answer for over 15 minutes with no answer. Still don't know what's happening with my money. Basically not worth the hassle, go elsewhere.
Spent almost twenty pounds on a midday order (12.20pm exactly). Was quoted that it would take 40-50 minutes for delivery but by 1.30pm it had not arrived. I called the restaurant and they said there had been a problem with all the deliveries in nottingham and it wouldn 't be longer than another 40 minute wait. By 2.20pm we had given up that the food was actually ever going to arrive. When we tried to recall the restaurant our number had been blocked. I phoned Just Eat (the provider who we made the order through) and they were told that the phone in the restaurant had been broken which was why they hadn 't contacted us. As I had spoken to them an hour before this I found it very hard to believe the phone broke so quickly. In the end our order never arrived... DO NOT USE THIS RESTAURANT FOR TAKEAWAYS OR DELIVERYS. the customer service is terrible and the owner lies to his customers about 'broken phones ' when his own employees just don 't want to deal with the problems they created.
