The Terrace Cafe - Broxbourne

This place used to be great amazing food and price now it is the worst food, and packaging. Paper and plastic flying everywhere. How could anyone let this happen. Now athletes are having to eat junk food and high price cans of fizz rather than the many wholesome salads they previously served. It’s an embarrassment! Many take their own food now. Not surprising.

Me and my two sisters went here for dinner. We all left feeling a little scammed because both the food and service was poor. The food was so bland and tasteless that we all agreed we can and have cooked better food ourselves. I ordered a curry and I feel like some of the instant curry powders you can buy tasted better. The drinks took a ridiculous amount of time to receive. When we went to pay the bill we noted that the cost on the menu didn't include VAT or a service charge. We spent more than we wanted to on food that was terrible.

I recently discovered the Terrace Bar Cafe at the Lee Valley White Water Centre. A real gem and definitely somewhere that will become a regular place to eat/drink for my family. The staff are so friendly and welcoming! The food and drinks are great!

My family and I recently moved to Waltham Abbey. When asking around, the Terrace Bar came highly recommended! The food and drink is really nice, it’s clean, spacious and the view is gorgeous! What stands out the most for me, is the staff. They are so friendly and welcoming! I bring my 2 year old with me and they are very accommodating. Will definitely become a regular for us :

This is great place to chill out or to meet family. We always have lovely Latte's being regular customers. There is a good choice of drinks and snacks always available, served by a great polite happy team. We would like to thank the staff for their good work, and will be down to see you again soon.
