This old staple in Brownsville, TX is a true treasure. They are well known for their nachos and enchiladas but you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The menu is extensive and can accommodate any palate. I tried the grilled fish tacos and did find the dish a bit salty. The charro beans included with the tacos was delicious. The service was fast and friendly. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

Very good service . Food is good! Server is very nice and attentive. Vermilion has been in business for a very long time. Though music needs to be turned down a little.
