Kfc - Brownsville

Spent $25 for an overcooked meal! Dry and seems like leftovers.??.disgusting!.,, my wife's only meal and it's horrible! I don't know where you got this new crew but they are terrible! Glad to see the last arrogant manager gone! Y'all need to bffddro

This store is just horrible. After reading the reviews I quickly came to realize that his store has horrible service and I wasn't the only one who experienced it. My husband and I pulled up to the drive through to order. The attendant asked for our order. We asked for a moment to look over the menu. 30 seconds later, the attendant asks us if she could explain the menu. We politely said do, and that we need a couple of minutes. About 10 seconds later, the male manager gets on the speaker and starts naming items on the menu. My husband said thank you but we need a minute. He then asked us if we wanted to go into the store and read the menu in an air conditioned building. (This was obviously a sarcastic remark because we were in an air conditioned car. I don't know why they were in such a rush because there were like two cars in the parking lot and only us at the drive through. We politely responded that we needed a moment and we would order. My husband order like 5-10 seconds after that exchange, and the male manager rushes through the order. We were unable to tell him that we wanted crispy and what size of sides we wanted. We were so upset at this point that we just pulled up to pay and get our order. All of this exchange took like 3 minutes even with all the interruptions. We pull up, pay for the order, and then asked to wait for them to take our to us. Mind you, we order (2 3 pc combos with drink. Not a huge order. We wait, still no one pulls up, until about 5 minutes later. A car orders and get's their food immediately. We waited 10 minutes for our order and the male manager, with tattoos, came out and gave it us. The boxes weren't closed right and when we got home, we noticed that the chicken was not cooked right. Some of the chicken was pink and the coating was slimy and wet. GROSS! I wouldn't recommend this location to any one ever! They need to do an in depth training on customer service and food service regulations. They would be in severe violations of several food service codes if the health department ever showed up.

Very rude staff I asked for honey for 4 biscuits after being told to move forward and wait for our food and she threw 18!!! packages....18!!! in the bag just another way of saying f you I suppose. Ha! ?

I went to KFC today for lunch. I ordered a chicken little meal a pot pie meal and an extra chicken little on the side. Instead of individually wrapping the sandwiches like they NORMALLY do they decided to wrap them all together. And the paper wasn’t even big enough to hold all 3. This is literally how I pulled the food out of the bag.What if that extra chicken little was going to another destination? Should I have handed them their food without a wrapper because your staff decided they didn’t want to wrap an extra sandwich? Do better, stop cutting corners.

Worst place ever! Asked for 8 piece crispy chicken. Attendant said they didn 't have any right now only regular . I said could you make some . All of a sudden he got offended and gave me attitude. When I got to the window. He got my receipt and threw it away. I said where 's me receipt. He said it will be in the bag. I said I want it now. He pissed off printed a copy and gave it to me. I waited over 40 min for my chicken and when he gave it to me he just said here you go . No thanks not sorry for the wait , nothing. I reported it to corp. office.
