Carl's Jr. - Brownsville

I am very amazed at how much this place has improved. I have loaded this place for more than a year because of undercooked meat and double. But I am very happy that this restaurant is better than the other Carls Jr here in the valley.

This place is a good place to eat a bite. I ordered a western burger and it was really good. What surprised me was the Burger himself. I expected one or two small pieces of bacon, but my burger had 4 large, long strips of bacon. I was really shocked that the bacon was from my burger. Overall, the burger was a really good bacon cheeseburger with onion rings. I didn't give him the full five stars because the workers didn't seem happy. They didn't seem to be there. You had a bad day. The manager (I think he wore another colored shirt) was really nice and helped customers. The workers should really take note of this manager because he gave the place life. The restaurant itself was clean and well maintained. The workers do a really good job to ensure that the place is clean. All in all, eat a really good place. The food is good, with decent options to choose from. Prices are average for a burger chain, but still affordable.

Tried her beyond burgers with the meatless Patty. I was pretty impressed. It actually tastes like some exotic meat. It's as good as Beef, no, but if I didn't want to eat meat for some reason, this burger would be a big substitute and would feel like I'm not really missing anything.

I wasn't with Carls. Now that they new owners and new crew I decided to go today and order my favorite of the western Bacon Burger.. it was delicious. Great service. The food was hot and fresh as I like it. Congratulations to the new General Manager Abby. Go on.

I had forgotten how great the burgers were there! The staff was polite and attentive. The fountain drinks tasted great and i thoroughly enjoyed my chargrilled burger. The fried zucchini was surprisingly delicious..i will visit more often Oh and i loved the playlist!! Great tunes
