Dont ask for fresh patties on your Whoppers throughdrive through, the manager for night time will try to tell you you have to get down to be served fresh patties...
There was definitely an improvement in the croissant sandwich compared to the numerous times I have had it. It wasn't smashed down and mooshy like it always has been. The credit card machine was not working. It also wasn't working last week when I went so that was inconvenient. They were definitely short-staffed, maybe because of that, the croissant was made fresh and that's why it was better. Although short- staffed, they still made the effort to thank us as we exited the restaurant.
First the order was wrong. I ordered 2 your way meals and 3 orders of chicken nuggets. They gave me 3 your way meals and I told them. She keept on saying it was what I ordered I said no. Then they charged me for the 3 your way meals when I only ordered two. They didn't even include everything they charged me for. I told the person she shouldn't be working there and she came at me like she was going to fight me. All I Saif was she sucked, and she said I sucked cuz I was the one eating at burger King. It wasn't wasn't the host yahir or the cashier Gustavo. It was a female, she wanted to fight me. So I left there very upset. Assaulted. With the wrong order, and charged more than I should have been. Then I didn't even eat the food from how upset I was. That person shouldn't be working customer service.
I still don't understand how an established burger joint chain can screw up drive thru orders. Marinara for my cheese sticks? Nope! The handful of ketchups stuck together by old ketchup? Yup! Burger doesn't fill the bun. It's no wonder I gave up on BK long ago.
