Bicol Express - Brownsville

I placed an order and they gave me the wrong order. When I got to the restaurant I told the lady I didn’t order that much food and she said yes you did and she kept arguing back until another lady came and helped me out. They still overcharged me for the food. The fajita, beans and flour tortilla were all undercooked. The food and service were both horrible. Will not be buying food from there anymore

Parrilladas for 4 with no guacamole...no tortilla chips and $34. Says for 4 but It's more for 3. Grilled onions were hard. Not returningFood: 1/5

Food arrived fast and was still very hot. Ordered parillada Texana and some panchos. They were both delicious!
