I've been China One customer for years. They are fast, no matter how busy they are; it is a rare occasion that I tell more than 5-10 minutes. The food is consistently good and they will adapt the order to your wishes, add spices, etc. The owners are very dedicated to their business and NIE take a vacation that is regrettable. Call or leave a good tip, they deserved it.
