By far the most exquisite sushi in Louisiana- maybe even America. The sushi chef/owner here, Twain, truly takes pride in his respect for making sushi and impressing his customers! Award winning! Must try!

Ordered $60+ worth of food and we didn't receive it for over an hour and a half. Egg rolls were barely warm when we received them. We've given this place several tries, all with absolutely terrible service. This was the last time.

This is my wife's favorite sushi joint. If you are a real sashimi eater not into fancy pricing and confusing menus, get over here NOW. If you don't like anything you eat: The staff will more than make it up to you. Bring the little ones because the have an excellent kids menu. Tell them Dusty sent you, they may even give you a frequent visitor sushi sample from the chef.

Of course the best sushi spot around, worth the ride from anywhere. Seriously. Chief Twain and his crew have done the job. No matter how busy or slow the sushi/food is made with quality and efficiency. If you don't know, you know. -Notorious B.I.G.
