Burger King - Broussard

The service here is ****. I went through the drive thru on 3/15 at 12:10 clock and was asked to wait a second (run was empty) a second turned into 10 min, then the car asked behind me if the speaker worked and I informed him I was asked to wait (left). ordered a number one add speck and cheese sub ketchup for mayo. waited 5-7min on the window. paid $10.88 and when I finally got my food, the fries were cold and stabbed and my burger had no speck. I could understand if they were busy, but it was literally just me and there were two workers inside. at least if they wanted to wait for me to have been fresh for a long time. ?

Waited too long for a 4 car track. then we had to wait longer just to get the half of our food that was cold when we were handed over it. cannot call a manager without being sent to a full voicemail on a Michigan number, although we are in la.

Worse burger king ride ever thru! I asked that my whopper be cut in half. they didn't. they had to turn around because they forgot a whole fishburger. when we picked up the fischburger, it wasn't dressed, they should have been. go to home and the same fischburger hadn't gotten as desired. Apparently, young boys make the burgers, and she was clear not concentrated!

Horrible service! Received wrong sandwich and came to return it only to have to wait in very long line for Drive thru!

Impossible burger here is amazing!!! They make it tasty! Recommended.
