Sushi kamikaze - Brossard

What a wonderful sushi experience! As someone who is very particular about my sushi, I must say this place is fantastic. The ingredients are incredibly fresh, the sashimi pieces are nice and thick, and the presentation is beautiful and creative. The prices are very reasonable and there is a wide selection on the menu. Our friend lives nearby, so we visit from the US often and always make sure to stop by this restaurant. The service is exceptional, with the staff, chef, and owners being incredibly sweet, friendly, and helpful. They make you feel right at home. The owner even came out to help us make decisions and created some custom dishes for us. I absolutely love this place and if you haven't been, you are truly missing out.

This is definitely one of my favorite sushi restaurants on the South Shore. It's clean, quiet, and laid-back, with average service but amazing sushi. The fish is incredibly fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented - I'm already craving another visit. The opening hours may not be the most convenient, but it's clear that this is a family-run establishment, so I understand. I've dined in and gotten take-out, and both experiences have been delicious. My favorite combination is the vegetarian roll, and I can't get enough of the spicy salmon and spicy tuna dragon eye rolls. The tempura is also top-notch. The wait is well worth it for the quality of food you receive.

I was initially doubtful when a fellow food enthusiast recommended this restaurant, tucked away in the back of Place Portobello. How could a seemingly nondescript spot in such a location receive such high praise? However, upon trying it for myself, I quickly realized what I had been missing. The sushi was exceptional and incredibly fresh. The key to their success? Perfectly seasoned rice, which is essential for good sushi. Additionally, the prices were quite reasonable, making it a great value for your money.
