Bidra med feedbackThis restaurant is worst restaurant I have ever visited. I went there with my family for my son’s 15th birthday so that he could experience “tenppanyaki” show. Not only the stupid so called chef didn’t do any show, he also cooked for 5-7 minutes the worst meal we had ever tasted. The salad was tasteless and saggy. The chicken, stake and shrimps that we had ordered was full of soya sauce which made it salty as hell. We spent almost over $200 for four people and we could had been better off eating at food court in a mall for 1/4 of the price. Do yourself a favor and don’t waist your money as we did.
I’ve enjoyed Shogun when I was a child at the old location and I still enjoy it now with our son. Had a family get together and it was fun for young and old. The service is excellent and the food was good. A great time had by all.
From the outside, it doesn’t stand out but this place is a must for a great supper. The primary concept is 10 people seated around the hot plate with a chef cooking right in front of you, they are funny and have great showmanship. The food is delicious and you will leave full but not overstuffed. They also have private rooms that can be reserved for family and business around the same concept. A little known fact is that they offer tatami booths in the back that makes for a perfect romantic date. The menu varies from sushi to chicken, shrimp and filet mignon, a must if you wish to have a different kind of experience. They also sell a bottled version of their vinaigrette.... BUY IT! Thank me later!
I recently was celebrating a friends birthday and Shogun was the pre-selected restaurant. I was looking forward to the experience but from the beginning disappointment greets you. At first sight, the place is a mess and windows stained, carpets look like they needed changes a few years back and unprofessional service and wait time for a table that was reserved. The chef tries to put on a show but looks like he would rather be working at a car wash. Apart from one firing blaze, thats it. The food is over cooked and not that good. Very salty with the abuse of soy sauce. Will definitely not be returning. I am sorry to give negative reviews but you should avoid Shogun.
We had reserved for 7 30 groupe of 5, we waited 30min berfore getting a table that was made for 8 but was crammed 11, i had to almost eat my plate on my knees The food was good but the show sucked, all they did is make fire but no volcans with onions or any shrimp toss any of the classic tricks The thing that got me the worst was the place, i dont understand how anyone returns after going once The place was the dirtiest i had ever seen, they had a guy walking around with a plastic bag as a napron. Would not go again!!!!
