We ordered 2 flat whites with oat milk, the man behind the counter didn't seem to know what a flat white is (even though it's on their menu). So her colleague prepared them and I repeated “with oat milk” to make sure she knew. Well I spent my evening with stomach pains because surprise! It was regular milk in our coffees. It's important to pay attention to these little details, people have allergies and intolerances!

Nice place to let yourself go, the service is a little unpleasant, it lacks warmth, the welcome is a little cold like the weather at the moment, especially some people have difficulty smiling...a smile is very good, it warms the heart! I had an horrible experience today there is a little lady who didnt didnt speak good english or french who start attacking me when i asked her what was in the menu first she started telling me i dont speak the language i ignore her and kept ordering my food after she was keep telling me you dont understand the menu she treat me like a retarder person as person who is professional and speak 3 languages i felt she wanted to put me down i felt horrible in this place also i felt this lady was the one who didnt speak good english and french and treat awful the clients the caferia seem like has a nice ambiance and is a bit expensive compare to the other ones around i dont mind to pay more but with this treat i wont think i would come back again unless you get rid of this ugly person Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
