Bidra med feedbackEven ordering early and online, this location may not seem to get it together. They always seem to be understaffed so that could be why, but they still have to come with a solution that works.
The pizza was hardly worth the price when it was $5 ready for a hot one? Now where is it? $8 and change? You better throw an American cheese on your own piece of cardboard at home. Literally?
I ordered in the app as they removed their phone so they don't have to deal with customer service. They managed to completely screw my order (i.e. crust instead of stuffed, random topping I don't like on my whole cheese pizza). You didn't even cut it. But there is no phone so I can't call and let them know that my only way is to drive back and wait in the huge amount of people for my order to be made new, which will probably take 30 minutes in this rush. I'll go elsewhere the next time they want to shut down the business and uninstall their phones, we should leave them all.
Keeley is an exceptional manager and offers amazing customer service. I hope LC understands that they have a problem solving angels on their hands. exceptional. especially if there is a problem. Everyone can be nice when everything is rainbow and roses. Thank you!
I was delivered a wrong order, mine was $35 and what was dropped off was $20. I didn?t realize Caesars sourced thru DoorDash and attempted to call store multiple times routed me to a voicemail that was full. All I really wanted was for my original order to be delivered. I understand this was the DoorDash driver mistake but the actual store should be able to answer the call to have fixed instead of me having to call their National customer service and be on hold for 35 minutes only to be advised DoorDash orders can?t be redirected. I ordered from little Caesars website not DoorDash? ugh, won?t be ordering again. Rant over, not happy
