Panera Bread - Broomall

Coffee was good and free refills appreciated. But the breakfast sandwich that cost me $7 was small and sad. Size of a hot pocket. Oh well.

Ordered at register. Order delivered with wrong sandwich. Previously why you should not tip at register. Tip is after good service not before poor service.

Train your staff/blonde manager better! A bunch of 12 year old boys can into your establishment and asked for help and your staff turned them away. Those 12 year old Marple boys got assaulted by Haverford High School kids. A couple saw this and called the cops for them. Do better!!!

Remember when this was a nice place? The ordering kiosksnhmedninto the corner, food just left out for other people to take, no cups no napkins. No management and soon no Panera I'm sure. Super expensive for what it is. Still good bread however.
