Burger King - Brookville

I'm so upset. I was on the road last night at 20:30 (March 16, 2022) I ordered an dinner jr meal with a bottle of water. When I came into the window, the girl told me it would be $7 I asked why the sign said a price and she gave a much higher price. she argued with me that I had ordered big pommes. even the manager did not offer to help. I had clearly ordered a little meal, so I mentioned that I wanted only a little frit. She said, okay and the best she could do was 10% off. I think they just lost a repeater. I will make sure that all I can hear from this incident.

I give brookville to king chances and they continue to prove that they are not worthy. probably they gave them my last chance. if you can go somewhere else. this place sucks.

I ordered through the drive thru. the girl who took my order wore a gray hoodie with blonde hair not even in uniform. I used a mobile coupon to show up my name and I heard that they're mumbling through the Drive-Thru speaker. then she walks out the wrong order with extremely mischievous pommes and then tears out the door as she did before. painful and very unprofessional.

Here is a sweat! They never get their order right and eat is always cold! plus this place is always dirty! new to rent some better employees! the people save time and money and go elsewhere!

Driving through the area on the highway over the weekend, decided to exit and get something to eat. This Burger King had very nice employees, and really fresh food! I don't know why I'm so surprised, but I hadn't eaten at a BK in a long time and had no expectations. The fries had just come out of the fryer and were nearly too hot to eat, the burger had a good flavor and the bun was fresh. The only thing that was an issue was the soft drink. Sprite Zero with some grape flavoring tasted simply like seltzer water. Think they need to change the Sprite Zero syrup tank. Everything else was good!
