Pueblo Viejo Mexican - Brooksville

I have been to many Mexican restaurants in the past since I used to live in VA. Well when I moved here everything changed and the food got BETTER. I swear on my life this is the best Mexican restaurant I have ever tasted hands down! The chips are so good and I absolutely love love there rice so much. The tacos are juicy and my son loves the quesadillas. I usually order chips and salsa to go and usually thing of their rice. So delicious!

Food, staff, and environment are top notch. Definitely go on Taco

When we want Mexican food (not the fast food kind), this is where we head. I could eat the chips and salsa all night long. The fajitas (steak or chicken) are really good. The burritos and chimichangas are pretty big, but along with the beans and rice, will fill you up for sure. Great place to grab some good Mexican food.

The food here is good but the service is terrible. Do not go here if you are in a hurry. They take care of take out before anything else. It took 40 minutes for our food to come out. This is not the first time this has happened here. Last time, we waited over an hour and ended up leaving and going somewhere else. I would say if you want to eat here, call it in and get it to go. Atmosphere is ok I guess. Service was meh. Server never smiled and I had to wave them over to get anything and I felt guilty for asking. We waited so long that our drinks were hot and melted. These are not the kind of reviews I like to write, but this is the second time I've taken company from it if town there and I have been embarrassed by the service.

Servive was horrible..we had to ask for chips and salsa. When it arrived the salsa was anything but fresh and very bland. We waited and waited for our meal to arrive. I had mexican tacos. The meat was very tough amd the tortillas were very greasy. My mother ordered a combination platter she identify what she was eating. It was splattered all over was very soggy and looked like dog food. Very bland!! I dont like Taco Bell but it does beat this place
