Panera Bread - Brooksville

When my friends and I visited them, they said they were from salads. And, being gluten-free, the only thing I could order was a bowl of turkey chili. It was watery, mostly broth and tasteless. The best part about my $8.50 chili was the little apple on the side (instead of bread, there are NO GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS). I'm not coming back.

Always a great, healthy place to find good food. The employees also enjoy their job in particular. Bakery items, especially scorpses, are just incredible!!

Several times the coffee machine does not work, or they were coffee before noon. A hot sandwich ordered. It was wrong. I told them the right order. Again wrong. Ate it anyway because I was with a group and eat them. Not for the first time they made the order wrong. Something has to change in this place.

First off...this is not the first bad experience here but the first time im angry enough to share. This location has horrible staff and management. Staff patronized me when I complained about being served ice cold soup. Then stuck my bowl of soup in microwave right in front of me and mocked me the whole time! Then management laughed in my face after complaining about being served ice-cold soup in the first place and asked her why her staff puts something in microwave instead of serving the food hot from the line. Food and service is the worse here. I will never be back.

Always a great place for lunch. I usually get the pick two and some pastry item. The browies are delicious and the sandwiches never disappoint. The soups are usually very good but was a bit oily on this visit. The staff are helpful and always friendly.
