Dunkin' - Brooksville

Prices keep going up in the items keep getting smaller and their food is just no good coffee doesn't taste the same way overpriced you wouldn't believe the pup cup they just gave me and charged me over a dollar for it you can only stick your finger in the cup that's how big the cup was they are getting pathetic with raising their prices and the food of the quality going way down.. I used to go there every morning now I'm lucky if I go there once every month and after my experience this morning I don't think I might be back there ever

I usually avoid going to this location simply because they always mess up any custom drink order I give them. Today we stopped for convenience, and they made my drink completely wrong. Myself and 4 others from the drive thru had to go back in and have them remake our orders. It also took them 10 minutes to speak to us as we were waiting in the lobby. I recommend going to a different location entirely.

Bad customer service and a dirty environment! Food came out cold and the lady was rude at the counter!

Love my coffee when it's made good.i come from Sumter to get a good coffee thanks Sara she is new but she made it perfect like a couple girls you have working there love the the girls who work there and Chris too my husband like him

This is our Sunday morning ritual. I have a very large family so having Dunkin donuts on Sunday mornings is fun for us. We get about a hundred munchkins and I get an extra large coffee to keep up with my nine active children . So thank you Dunkin donuts for keeping me running everyday!
