Bidra med feedbackNo receipt paper at pumps. Teller was rude. Just stood there staring not offering any assistance. Was unable to sign up for rewards program. She wore no mask. Was doing her hair over the food counter. Damn shame.
My own personal experience at this store is very poor. If there was a zero star I would select that. The OWNER allows his employees to cuss out and harass the customers while he hides in the back room. One specific employee talks about selling drugs out of his store as well as sells them in the parking lot. There is no way to contact the owner and have tried several times. Also he DOES NOT follow federal laws in regards to his employees wearing mask as none of them do. Iam going to send this to Corporate as SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE.
Quite a wonderful store, the gentleman working night is always very polite and is well mannered, the store is always nice and tidy and over all great customer service, but during the day it?s pretty terrible though, such a shame I?d say
The employees are AMAZING. I like stopping there to get whatever I want to drink or eat because the store is SPOTLESS. It gives you a GREAT FEELING when you walk into a store and it's clean. I went into the store one day when COVID 19 first started and I was shaking really bad. The ladies at the counter asked.if I was ok and I told them.I was scared because I didn't want to get COVID 19 they all told me everything was going to be ok. I bought my fountian drink and MY FAVORITECHICKEN SALAD SANDWHICH FROM 7/11 ate my lunch and was on my way. If you are ever traveling and you see a 7/11 stop and I hope you are treated the way I am at My Local 7/11 here in Brooksville, Florida
The store was clean, not to crowded, and the employees were very helpful and kind. The isles in the store were a bit smaller than most others.
