I asked to speak to the manger on shift about her behavior however the manger on shift clearly has no control over the employee behavior. The employee start cursing immediately when I asked to speak to a manger. The manger is going to tell me she will speak to the employee. However while speaking to the manger the employee is still cursing and carry on. If you don’t like your job then quit. Unacceptable behavior for customer service. The manager made is very clear she will speak to the GM about this situation tomorrow however the manger herself did not look like she can handle the situation.10-12-202212:30am
Let's be serious here.....EVERY SINGLE Wendy's drive thru is a wait and a half!!! By the time you get to the window for your order, 9/10 times YOU RECEIVE THE WRONG ORDER!!!! ??
The food actually isn't the problem with this restaurant. It is the ridiculous wait time at the drive through. Even when there is only a car or two ahead of you, your still waiting 15-25 minutes. That defeats the whole purpose of FAST FOOD. I think they need more staff or to expand so they can accommodate more staff for the drive through.
The load looks old and feels dingy. my biggest concern is the use of gloves. the coworker who crashed the floor never replaced her gloves when she went to get food that was ready to be given to the customer. the dame in register uses the same gloves to handle cash and to issue the order. I like the location, but the location could be managed correctly.
I saw a younger hired spuck in 2 different commands of pommes before she served them she thought she was slick because she was on the side. Drive-Thru / the inner lines are long, probably because the people are upset tired and frustrated by hurting our food, we do not know because we have not seen them. be careful with this place to me personally I will never come back!
