Our usual Turkish place is opera on emmons, but after a few years of crappy service we decide to venture out of our comfort zone. it was a Friday night and we had a party of 5. we waited approx. 15 minutes on our table and it was worth waiting. the salads, appetizer sniffing were amazing! so fresh and tasty. the restaurant was packed, but they had enough server to take care of each table. the server were so patient with all the children on our table and have included all our needs. this is our new place for Turkish dug. thank you!

Dreadful customer service, and eating needs forever to come when it comes all soggy and cold.

Great kebab and really good rice. Branzini is also amazing. Been ordering here for a long time.

Placed an order over the phone for pickup and they told me it would be 40 minutes. I arrive there 45 minutes to pickup and I stand at the door but no one addresses me for 15 minutes. I walk to the back and let them know I 'm here for a pickup and the older gentleman just points to the back and says, do you see this? and walks away. I wait for 10 minutes before another staff member asks me if I need help. I tell him I 'm here for a pickup and tell him my name. He says, okay I know that name. I 'll bring it to the front when it 's done. So I go back to the door and wait 20 minutes. The line is building up as other people are there for pickup as well. Eventually we all walk to the back again and we wait another 10-15 minutes. I eventually tell them again and another worker pulls my receipt/order by the cash register. I see him asking other workers in the front and back in the kitchen. He comes back and says yes sorry and to give him 10 minutes. Turns out they never started it. I told them to forget it and cancel it. Worse service ever. That older bigger dude is useless.

First let me say the food here is very good. Never has it been bad in any way. The issue that I have with the restaurant is the service. Whether it is in person trying to order takeout or delivery, the workers are always relaxed and taking their time. Quality they give off is that they don't care. They advise 15-20 min, but it takes close to an hour. You ask what is taking so long and they give you a generic response. Once again, food is great and never an issue with that. It's the service that I hope the owners will improve.
