Starbucks - Brooklyn

The store was desolate and dingy looking. The lighting was dark. I was the only person in line to order, and my drink still took a bit long.

What is the point of keeping stores like this open ? It is a complete charity case for the employees. When are we going to go back to calling out horrible producing workers no matter what their background is ? Stop with the charity that helps 10 people and destroys Starbucks credibility and annoys the average customer who is not in on the joke that goes on in stores like this. What happened to the customer is always right ? How long do you think people are gonna put up with paying five dollars for a cup of coffee and nonsense on top of it? You are losing customers one store at a time and they are all in these same type of neighborhoods so you draw your own conclusion.

Every time I go to this store in the evening it’s always closed. I went to this Starbucks around 8:02 pm and it was closed but online it says 9pm closing.

This store is way to busy and under staffed. I order My food 15 minutes ahead and still had to physically stand in the store another 15 minutes for my food and drink I already paid for. It caused me to be late. I will not be ordering from here no more. They need to hire more staff never again.

This location is one of my fav starbucks. It's usually busy, but staff moves things along quickly. Drinks are on point, and everyone is generally friendly. ?
