This light and crispy chicken is a dangerous 5 minutes to foot from me. both the wings and the padak are crunchy crispy and not quite fat. the best way to describe padak would be the boneless bits with the skin that is fried to perfect crispness and eaten with scalion and padak sauce. ideal meal is to make a homemade “fancy” salad with the padak huhn up.

The kindest most lovely staff you could ever meet! This place has such a special place in my heart. Definately get the sweet radish pickles amazing next to the spicy fried chicken

Peeps is our go-to for fried chicken in the area. And to be honest, the best I've had in New York! Super sweet staff too!

Peeps has been one of our favorite spots since we found it. The fried chicken is SO good. It's flavorful and ridiculously crispy. The chicken burger (chicken sandwich) is a favorite and I'm so glad they brought it back. It's kind of enormous but so delicious and each ingredient is great. And most importantly, the owners are so kind and lovely and really care about their food and their customers.

Best friend chicken in NYC. We ordered the Pandak chicken to go and it stayed perfectly crispy. This chicken is made with love.
