Palenque Gaia Nomaya - Brooklyn

My fiancée and I thought we were going for brunch, but it was actually 12:30 a.m. and we were the only ones there. The restaurant just opened about three months ago, so I believe people are still unaware of its existence. However, I anticipate that will change as more crowds discover it. We loved the tropical ambiance, with hanging plants all around us. The tables made from natural wood added to the lively atmosphere. It truly felt like we were enjoying brunch in a restaurant in Colombia! The food was also exceptional! I would definitely recommend this place!

I surprised my best friend for her birthday, and we enjoyed a salt cave massage along with steam, sauna, and light therapy—everything you could ask for!
