Napoli Bakery - Brooklyn

I love this place. They have great sandwiches. The bread is top notch, ingredients are very fresh, and the portion is generous.

It was good! Not as good as usual and a tad dry but todays sandwich was more bread than anything.

This place has big brot, but the true star are the incredible heroes! my favorite chicken parm in the city stalls down.

I've been twice and not impressed. both paintings were the chicken carvings thin and there was more brot than huh. it was so thin that the chicken chewy and the brown color we all know of bad chicken teeth from bodegas. the brot they use is also dense and chewing and only no good vessel for an Italian sub. they should sell with melted brot on the outside and soft on the inside that I see. for $15 a sub you expect a thicker piece huh on a minimum. no idea if I'm back with the other big sandwich shops in williamsburg.
