Mcdonald's - Brooklyn

I've been to this McDonald's before and after the new upgrades they disgustingly made. I watched the construction from outside and assumed they were extending it not down sizing. Apparently they downsized and made everything invisible for customers. They put up these walls... So Everything is blocked off inside this McDonald's now. You cannot see the staff preparing your food, drinks or fries. It's a circus show. The staff couldn't even be trusted before while preparing your food so imagine now knowing you can't even see them. Nevertheless, you have to assumed your order is being made correctly. Today I ordered a fish w/ no cheese, a coke and large fry. The bread was hard, my fries were cold. I'm giving it this location a rest. I'm done.

Probably the worst I've been to. The wait is ridiculous, by the time you get your food it's already cold and they give you an attitude because their so disorganized and can't handle the amount of online orders coming through as well as in person orders. They renovated to hide themselves instead of actually working. Awful awful awful.

Service is ridiculously slow. With that said, they 've never messed up my order. I always say no pickles and I 've never had them on there (which is remarkable)

Ordered from this location after work the other night they false advertise that there 24 /7 they are not they lock doors at 1 with customers inside and have everyone waiting hours for food. when i got to the counter the girl serving had a stink attitude saying the order not there when I've been waiting from 12- 4:40 and had to go home with no food because she didn't want to even look and waisted my whole night this location is very unprofessional I will not spend any more money here and I'll be sure to tell friends and family to skip this location to avoid the terrible experience until y'all get better employees the employees you have are just liabilities and your location might end up closing down because of them hood luck

A shame. I am not sure if this mc donalds is managed by teenagers, but it is not managed with the customer in the understood! it is almost embarrassing that after all these years the only thing that has changed is the aesthetic, but the management is still stuck in the 90s. especially to see how most food chains have failed. it begins to make sense, the mother and pop shops are the focus, because this franchise is still as lazy as it was when I went to high school 14 years ago!
